The R&D Team

We have assembled a group of individuals that are focused on understanding our products and our inputs for programs that will fit our customers’ needs.

This group represents the following disciplines:

  • Fundamentals of research
  • Biology
  • Microbiology
  • Chemistry
  • Biochemistry
  • Agronomy / Farming
  • Customer Service / Sales

The most important aspect of this group is to determine what agronomic “tools” to provide to our customers.  This is a laborious process that is accomplished through the fundamental scientific method of gathering data through experimentation of new formulations with new materials in laboratory, greenhouse and field trials.  Utilization of in-house and 3rd party resources provides the objectivity and reproducibility to best meet the needs of our customers and the variety of the crops they represent.
